EXEMPTION

The sole purpose of the organization is to assist United States military active duty members and United States military veterans.

PURPOSE / MISSION

A think tank with the mission of bettering the lives of veterans and active duty members transitioning into civilian life

TRANSITION

Activity was initiated in 2021 by formulating the concept/programs for the non-profit, developing a strategy, creating a website, networking with local veterans and researching related government programs to understand the current landscape for the targeted audience. In 2022 and 2023, we plan to build a CRM database, provide a call center, create marketing and advertising campaigns, build partnerships in the target areas of interest for veterans, engage in fundraising activities and offer the activity to members.

1. ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION: CAREER AND SELF-DEVELOPMENT (or personal development) COUNSELING. It’s purpose, depending on member personal preferences and goals, is to either strategically transition member into the civilian workforce or grow within the military. This activity furthers the organization’s mission by:

A. Mentoring active members on government programs and benefits;

B. Assessing and identifying ways to build or improve one’s self-development skills by fully understanding one’s goals and taking inventory of personal skills in what you don’t know you don’t know;

C. Exploring potential future careers including a new skill or trade, providing tailored resources and counseling in the areas of interest;

D. Creating a custom program including referrals that match the acquiring the desired skills; and

E. Providing a veteran’s help desk to coordinate and prioritize calls on issues

2. ACTIVITY INITIATION. The activity was initiated as stated above in 2021.

3. ACTIVITY LOCATION & REPRESENTATIVES. The location will depend on proximity of member city to volunteer but otherwise virtual and conducted by vetted veteran and other volunteers

SANCTUARY

Activity was initiated in 2021 by identifying and designating the initial property, designing the layout on the property, researching and budgeting for the infrastructure including landscape, creating partnerships with local vendors, and starting to source/harvest the flora required for landscape. In 2022 and 2023, we plan to complete the infrastructure on the first property, market and advertise program, engage in fundraising, offer the activity to members and research leasing, renting, and acquiring other properties in unique environments.

A. ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION. The activity or program identity is a SANCTUARY. It's purpose is to create, develop and maintain infrastructure for wellness retreat that enriches the lives of members. This activity furthers the organization's mission by:

1. Connecting members with nature in unique environments that will inspire, re-energize and awaken the senses

2. Providing a safe environment for members to find tranquility and relaxation,

3. Delivering nourishing farm to table meals

4. Offering a get-a-away in a digital-free zone from the routine for self-reflection on health and lifestyle goals and a retreat goal orientated road map with journal

5. Offering educational opportunities for nutrition, health and wellness, and

6. Providing access to unique local tourism opportunities

B. ACTIVITY INITIATION. The activity initiated as stated above in 2021.

C. ACTIVITY LOCATION & REPRESENTATIVES. The first location will be at Tyler Hill, PA-a pastoral and mountainous themed property in the Poconos. The above activity will be conducted by corporation representatives, volunteers, and when able to pay for, staff.

AGRICULTURAL ANTREPRENEURSHIP

Activity was initiated in 2021 by identifying and designating the property, designing and building the livestock paddocks and structures, researching and budgeting for additional infrastructure including pole barn, tunnel, and lean-tos, research marketing channels, enroll/engage in farm business, animal husbandry and plant and tree growth education, and sourcing and raising of heritage livestock, research local waste and recycling processes and options, and alternative sources of energy for the farm. In 2022 and 2023, we will continue the infrastructure build-out on the first property, market and advertise the program, engage in fundraising, continue in farm business, animal husbandry and plant and tree growth education, research apprenticeships/seminar and programs on animal husbandry and nursery, plant trees, research energy renewable sources and waste management, form partnerships with local farms and retailers, and offer the program to members. In 2023 and 2024, complete the infrastructure for the farm, continue farm operations and past offerings, implement energy renewable solutions, waste management, and research subsequent properties with more acreage.

A. ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION. The activity or program is an AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP; Members will become AGRI-ENTREPRENEURS

B. It’s purpose is to provide access to resources, personal training and support services for start-up beginning farmers and ranchers who promote regenerative agriculture and green practices. This activity furthers the organization's mission by:

1. Creating and enhancing biodiversity while providing food security;

2. Salvaging and re-purposing building materials for farming operations;

3. Combating food waste by offering alternative discardment options;

4. Providing forestry services such as planting trees and sustainably harvesting timber for supplying wood resources to the community;

5. Promoting heritage livestock breeds and maintaining genetic purity;

6. Assisting with building and maintaining an Apiary and the production of honey and byproducts;

7. Growing, raising and harvesting fish and aquatic plant life;

8. Using renewable sources of energy such as firewood, ethanol, methane and solar energy for farm operations;

9. Promoting awareness of an agrarian lifestyle which would provide for the farmer and create an additional source of income;

10. Assisting in the creation and development of a food forest and green house on small acreage;

11. Developing and producing value-added products;

12. Providing educational opportunities in agriculture;

13. Providing entrepreneurial training and assisting with business management skills to operate an agricultural business; and

14. Offering partnership resources and customized training

D. ACTIVITY LOCATION & REPRESENTATIVES. The first location will be at the Poconos location in northeastern Pennsylvania. The above activity will be conducted by corporation representatives, volunteers, and when able to pay for, staff.
